Support
ML XI has no account, no login and no forms, so support is by e-mail. Write to contact@mlxi.app and include the app version (Settings → About), your device model and, for a match-related question, the competition and kick-off date.
Subscriptions
ML XI Pro is sold and billed by Google Play. To cancel, change plan or request a refund, use Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or Google Play's refund process. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Privacy requests
Requests under the Privacy Policy (access, deletion, objection, or withdrawing consent) go to the same address. There is no ML XI account to delete; data stored on your device is removed by clearing the app's storage.
Arbitration opt-out
United States users may opt out of the arbitration agreement in Section 12 of the Terms of Use within 30 days of first accepting them by e-mailing contact@mlxi.app.
