Common fixes

• Updating: content updates arrive automatically. Never reinstall.
• Blank or stale screen: check your connection, then reopen the app. The Live tab shows the feed’s age, so you can tell fresh from stale.
• Language: Settings → Language. 53 available, applied instantly.
• Follows missing: they stay on the device that made them. Nothing leaves your device, so nothing syncs.

• Which bet should I place? ML XI gives no tips and no betting advice. These are not answered.
• Billing, refunds, cancellations. Handled by Google Play. We cannot see or action them.

Trial, Pro and billing

Every install starts with a 5-day free trial of ML XI Pro. It renews into a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Cancel any time in your Google Play account settings.

When the trial ends you keep live scores, and you can still open yesterday and earlier days to see what was published and how it scored. Pro covers today and the days ahead, the Ledger, and the full model read on a live match.

Pro is sold and billed by Google Play, so purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled in your store account, never here. We never see payment details. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Privacy and your data

No account, no personal data collected. Settings, language and follows live on your device. To erase them, uninstall the app or clear the site’s browsing data.
